Three Choices in One Residential Setting... Assisted Living, Adult Day Program and Memory Care. Our not for profit community offers supportive living environments as well as specialized care for those with early memory loss. We also have an Adult Day Program for those in need of care during the day or evening. Our goal is to provide all residents with the very best quality of life. Our Planetree Philosophy of Caring We have adopted a philosophy of "resident-centered care" known as Planetree. As a Planetree community, we partner with our residents and family members to identify and satisfy their individual needs and preferences. In addition to improving our residents' experience, we also focus on supporting the professional and personal aspirations of our staff members, who can more effectively care for residents if they are cared for themselves.
